Interactive Virtual Event Platform

In response to the global shift towards virtual events, I was contracted in 2020 to design and develop an interactive virtual event platform. This innovative platform allowed exhibiting companies to replicate the experience of live events in a virtual space, providing an engaging and immersive experience for attendees.

Challenges:
- The challenge was to recreate the in-person exhibition experience within a digital environment that still provided meaningful interactions and lead generation opportunities for exhibitors.

Solution & Execution:
- I designed a platform that mimicked a live event, where attendees could "walk" through virtual booths, just as they would at a physical event.

Key features included:
- Virtual Booths with designated sections for sharing company information such as brochures, videos, and product demos.
- One-on-One Live Meetings between attendees and company representatives.
- Meeting Scheduling to allow follow-ups after the event.
- The platform was designed to extend the return on investment (ROI) for exhibitors beyond the live event, as it continued to exist online, allowing companies to maintain their presence and continue generating leads.

Results:
- The platform provided companies the flexibility to exhibit in a fully online environment while creating an engaging experience for attendees.
- It allowed companies to enhance their ROI by extending their reach and generating leads long after the event had ended.
