The event took place in Durban, Cape Town, and Johannesburg, South Africa, and was collocated with 100% Design South Africa. The role encompassed the full marketing spectrum, from digital to traditional media, driving attendance and elevating the brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design & Content Management: Led the redesign and ongoing curation of the website, ensuring it reflected the vibrancy and innovation of the event. Managed all content updates and ensured a seamless user experience.
- Social Media Strategy: Developed and implemented social media strategies, resulting in a 10% increase in followers across various platforms by the end of the campaign.
- Sponsorships & PR Campaigns: Secured sponsorships and managed the PR campaign, achieving widespread media coverage, including TV interviews highlighting the event’s significance.
- Event Promotion: Executed targeted marketing, including email campaigns, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations, increasing visitor numbers by 6% at the Durban and Cape Town shows.
